Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes. Proofs for all personalized printing take approximately 24-48 hours. You will receive a printable PDF proof in an email as a PDF file attachment. Some email providers might see the attachment as spam or junk email be sure to check all your email folders. When you receive the PDF proof,  at that time you can review your proof and email us corrections/changes or approve of proof as is. You are allowed 3 revisions. Each revision after 3rd is $10 fee can be applied at design departments discretion. 
 
Can I make changes to the designs?
Yes. Colors, font sizes and styles and/or text, picture and logo placement can all be altered to your preferences. Our professional graphic designers can work with you to meet your specific needs or requirements. We want you completely satisfied with your final printed product.
 
Time it takes to receive business cards?
You will receive a printable PDF proof of your order within 24-48 hours via email after you have placed an order. Once you approve your proof via email (we do not accept verbal approvals) your order will be sent to print production. It takes approximately 1-3 days to print and 1-3 days to ship and deliver, depending on where you live. We have multiple printing facilities across the United States. Please see the shipping map for further details.
We do not offer a rush or expedited production services or rush shipping. Once an order is in production no changes to the design or production process can be changed.
 
How to I send you artwork?
You have two options - 1. You can upload it directly on the page of the product your ordering using the upload file buttons. 2- You can also email your artwork directly to service@kwprinters.com All artwork must be High Resolution, CMYK, minimum 300 dpi, .PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, or .PSD formats.
 
How can I track my order?
Once you have approved your order. It will be placed into print production shortly after. You will receive an email confirmation of production status. This email will also contain a link to visually watch your order go through the various phases of print production.  Once the order ships you will receive an email with the items being shipped and our shipping carries tracking number and a link. If you have a registered account on our website you may also log in and view your order's status.
 
How do I re-order?
To re-order or re-print a previous order we have a form online at http://www.kwprinters.com/keller-williams-business-cards-re-order.html Input your previous order # and fill out rest of form to process. If you do not know your previous order number or if your office ordered previously, simply input KPN as order number. We will located your artwork files and send you a proof to confirm or updated proof with changes.
 
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
We do offer discounts and promo from time to time. You can sign up to receive our email newsletter which announces new products and offers sales, promo codes and news. If you have a large office or brokerage we do offer special pricining on multiple orders or regular ordering.
 
Do you offer custom design services or office labeled ordering pages?
Yes, we do offer full service design, we have many professional graphic design artis to assist in any design services. 
We do create special office ordering pages upon request which would allow an office, brokerage or firm to view their own unique custom designs, special prices and ordering.
