You have put trust in us to produce and deliver your custom printed materials and whether it’s business card printing or other promotional products we offer, we know you want to impress clients and associates. If there is anything less than excellent about the physical aspects of your order, including printing, cutting and finishing quality, please send an email to within 14 days of the receipt of your order. In the email, please include:
Your name
Order number
A description of the issue, photo copy or scan of the issue on the printed materials
Your weekday contact information along with phone and email address

One of our professional account specialist will be in touch with you within two business days to arrange for your replacement order, credit to your account or refund.

We will only provide a complete refund if an error is made on our behalf or the quality of the product or printing is defected. To obtain a complete refund you will need to pay for shipping of all unused products to:

Sometimes... Things are just out of our control...

Unfortunately, there are some things that are out of our hands. cannot guarantee anything out of the direct control of our manufacturing process. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Errors in spelling, grammar or typography that have been submitted by the customer..
  • Diminished quality due to the customer’s use of low-quality or low-resolution uploaded artwork, images, photos or any provided designs.
  • Mistakes made by the customer in the selection of product, design template, quantity, stock and finishing options.
  • Design errors caused by the customer’s actions involving the change of placement of text, placement of uploads, artwork or photos or dimensions and sizes of uploaded files
  • Delays in the receipt of your order caused by the shipping carrier we used to ship your order.
