Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Proofs for personalized printing typically take approximately 24–48 hours. You will receive a printable PDF proof by email, and you can reply with corrections, changes, or approval. Be sure to check spam or junk folders if you do not see the attachment.
You are allowed up to 3 revisions. Revisions after the third may be subject to additional revision fees at graphic designer’s discretion.
Yes. Colors, font sizes, styles, text, picture placement, and logo placement can be adjusted to fit your preferences. The design team can work with you to help meet your specific needs.
You will typically receive a printable PDF proof within 24–48 hours after placing your order. Once the proof is approved by email, printing usually takes approximately 2–4 days, followed by about 1–3 days for shipping and delivery depending on location.
Rush production is not guaranteed once an order is in production. However, expedited shipping may be available for eligible orders and will appear during checkout when offered.
You can upload artwork directly on the product page using the file upload option, or you can email your files to send files to our team. Artwork should be high resolution, CMYK, minimum 300 dpi, and submitted in accepted formats such as PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, EPS, AI, or PSD.
After your order moves into production, you will receive email updates about its status. Once it ships, you will receive shipment details, tracking information, and a tracking link. Customers with an account can also log in to review order status. You can also visit our shipping & tracking page for more details.
To reorder or reprint a previous order, use the online reorder form. Enter your previous order number if you have it. If you do not know the previous order number, enter “KPN” and the team can help locate the artwork files and send a proof for confirmation or updates. You can also contact our team for help.
Yes. Promotions and promo codes may be offered from time to time. Customers can sign up for the email newsletter to hear about offers, new products, and sales. Special pricing may also be available for large offices, brokerages, or frequent orders.
Yes. KWPrinters offers full-service design support and can also create office or brokerage ordering pages with custom designs, special pricing, and a more tailored ordering experience.
Orders may ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the products ordered, package size and weight, shipping destination, and delivery speed selected.
KWPrinters currently ships within the continental United States and also serves Hawaii and Alaska.

Once an order is in production, design or production changes are generally not available. It is best to carefully review and approve your proof before confirming print.
