4. Proof Approval Responsibility

Once a proof is approved, all errors become the responsibility of the customer. This includes:

• Spelling and grammar errors
• Design placement or layout issues
• Low-resolution images
• Incorrect selections or options

5. No Refund Policy (Custom Products)

All products are custom-made. All sales are final.

• No refunds or cancellations after proof approval
• No refunds for customer-submitted errors
• Reprints may be offered only for verified production defects

6. Payment & Fraud Protection

KWPrinters reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment use, or suspicious activity.

• Chargebacks may result in account restriction or legal action

7. Production & Shipping

Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. KWPrinters is not responsible for carrier delays or external disruptions.

Ownership transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

9. Intellectual Property & Takedown

If you believe content infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with supporting documentation. We reserve the right to remove or refuse content at our discretion.
