Custom Order Policy, Proof Approval Responsibility & Reprint Eligibility
This page explains how KWPrinters handles order issues, verified production defects, approved proofs, and custom-product return limitations.
Because our products are custom-made and often personalized specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless a verified production defect or fulfillment error has occurred.
We encourage all customers to carefully review proofs, order details, artwork, quantities, and selected options before approving an order for production.

Important return and reprint terms customers should understand before ordering
Custom and personalized printed products are not eligible for standard returns or refunds.
Reprints may be offered when a confirmed printing, cutting, or finishing defect is identified.
Customer-approved proofs make spelling, grammar, layout, and selected-option errors the customer’s responsibility.
Order issues should be reported as soon as possible after delivery so they can be reviewed efficiently.
1. Custom Orders Are Final Sale
Most products sold by KWPrinters are custom-made, personalized, or produced specifically for the customer’s approved order. For that reason, custom orders are not eligible for standard returns, exchanges, or refunds simply because the customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, or later decides they want different information, artwork, or options.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final on custom and personalized printed products.
- No refunds after proof approval
- No refunds for customer-submitted artwork or text errors
- No refunds for incorrect customer selections such as size, quantity, finish, corners, fastener choice, or other chosen options
- No refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control
3. Reprints for Verified Production Defects
If a delivered order contains a verified production defect, KWPrinters may, at its sole discretion, offer a reprint, replacement, or other reasonable resolution.
Examples of issues that may qualify for review include:
- Printing defects
- Cutting defects
- Finishing defects
- Wrong item shipped due to fulfillment error
- Material or production issues that materially differ from the approved order
4. What Does Not Qualify for a Reprint or Refund
The following do not qualify for a refund or reprint when they were present in customer-submitted or customer-approved materials:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammar errors
- Low-resolution or poor-quality uploaded images
- Incorrect phone numbers, names, titles, addresses, URLs, or other submitted information
- Layout, alignment, or design issues visible on an approved proof
- Color expectations beyond normal commercial printing variation
- Orders approved with incorrect options selected by the customer
- Customer dissatisfaction based solely on a change of mind after production begins or the order ships
5. Proof Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs before approval. Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the content, design, spelling, image quality, and selected product options reflected in that proof.
6. Reporting an Order Issue
If you believe your order contains a qualifying production defect or fulfillment error, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
- Any other details needed to review the request
7. Review Process
All reported issues are reviewed case by case. KWPrinters may request additional information, photos, or product samples before determining whether a reprint, replacement, or other resolution will be offered.
8. Shipping Delays and Transit Issues
Once an order has been shipped, transit timing is controlled by the shipping carrier. KWPrinters is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other transportation disruptions outside our control.
9. Policy Updates
KWPrinters may update this Returns / Reprints Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
